When you purchase a digital product from ZM Mart, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product under the terms described on this page. This license is granted to a single individual or legal entity (the "Licensee") and is tied to the license key or purchase code issued at the time of sale.

All products on ZM Mart are delivered as digital files (scripts, themes, plugins, apps, etc.) and are subject to copyright law. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property — only a limited right to use it according to the selected license type.

A Regular License allows you to use the product in a single end product that end users are not charged to access. This is ideal for personal projects, non-commercial websites, and free-to-use applications.

• Customise the product to fit your needs
• Deploy on one domain / server
• Use for a non-commercial or free-to-access end product

• Cannot charge end-users a fee to access the product
• Cannot resell or redistribute the original files
• Cannot use on multiple projects simultaneously

An Extended License grants all rights of the Regular License, plus the ability to use the product in an end product that end-users are charged to access (e.g., SaaS platforms, paid apps, client deliverables sold as standalone products).

• All Regular License rights included
• Use in a paid / subscription-based end product
• Use across multiple client projects (up to 5 domains)
• OEM use with written permission from ZM Mart

• Cannot resell, sublicense or redistribute the source files
• Cannot remove copyright notices or branding from the code

• Download and install the product on the allowed number of domains
• Modify the source code to suit your project requirements
• Use the product to build websites, apps, or tools for yourself or clients
• Create derivative works (with appropriate license type)
• Request support from our team within the support period
• Access all future minor updates for the purchased version

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original files on any platform
• Share your license key, purchase code, or download link with others
• Use the product to build a competing marketplace or script-selling store
• Remove or falsify copyright, attribution, or authorship notices
• Claim the product or any part of it as your own original creation
• Use for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or defamatory purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer license protection mechanisms

All products listed on ZM Mart remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective authors/developers. Purchasing a license grants you a right to use the product — it does not transfer copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights.

The authors retain full ownership of all code, assets, and documentation bundled with the product. Any modifications you make to the product belong to you, but the original underlying code remains copyright of the original author.

Each purchase includes 6 months of standard support from the date of purchase. Support covers:

• Bug fixes for defects in the original product
• Answers to questions about how to use included features
• Guidance on initial installation and configuration

• Custom development or feature additions
• Issues caused by third-party plugins or modifications you made
• Support after the 6-month period (extendable via upgrade)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a download link or license key has been issued. Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• The product has a critical bug that cannot be fixed within 72 hours
• The product is fundamentally different from its description
• Duplicate accidental purchase of the same product

Your license will be immediately and automatically terminated if you violate any of the terms on this page, including but not limited to:

• Redistributing or reselling the product or its source files
• Sharing the license key with unauthorised parties
• Reverse-engineering license or copy-protection mechanisms
• Using the product for fraudulent or illegal activities

Upon termination you must immediately destroy all copies of the product in your possession. ZM Mart reserves the right to pursue legal action for violations of these terms.
